Cedar Springs, a cherished family-owned farm passed down through generations, blends rich history with modern charm to create an enduring legacy. Initially managed by Dr. Phillips, a retired physician, the property is now overseen by the younger generation, continuing the family’s legacy. The farm is home to several historic buildings, with the Main Cabin, built in the 1820s, serving as its centerpiece. Another notable building on the farm is the Small Cabin, which was relocated from Carver Lane in 2005 and carefully reconstructed to its present state. 

In the early 2000s, the Event Barn was constructed for the wedding of Dr. Phillips’ daughter, and it has since become the heart of the farm that has drawn so many to the venue. The family remains committed to preserving the rich history of Cedar Springs while making modern updates to ensure it remains a popular and thriving destination.
